Steve Weatherford

Steve Weatherford is a 10-year NFL veteran, Super Bowl XLVI champion, evangelist, speaker, entrepreneur and activator of men. After achieving success at the highest levels of professional sport, Steve experienced a radical encounter with God that reshaped his understanding of identity, strength and purpose. He and his wife, Laura, founded Champions in Christ, a ministry dedicated to activating men, restoring families and building a legacy of faith.

Through Champions in Christ, Steve leads Launching Pad, an intensive transformational experience designed to help men encounter God, step into authentic brotherhood, find healing and grow in spiritual authority and leadership. His message brings together faith, family, discipline, brotherhood and purpose, challenging men to become deeply rooted in Jesus and lead themselves and their families with courage, conviction and Kingdom purpose.

Jason Vallotton is a pastor, author, counsellor, speaker and passionate advocate for strong, healthy men and families. He serves as Men’s Pastor and Pastoral Care Overseer at Bethel Church in Redding, California, and is the founder of BraveCo, a men’s ministry dedicated to restoring biblical manhood and helping men pursue wholeness, purpose and genuine brotherhood.
